I enjoy working with teens, adults, couples, and families. I have experience working with a wide variety of cultures, ethnicity and beliefs. My experience includes working with depression, anxiety, traumas, conflictual relationships, sexual abuse and life transitions. I am also trained in EMDR, an effective treatment for resolving past traumas in order to move forward in life.

 

The heart of my practice is about empowering clients as they journey towards wholeness and health. I provide a safe, respectful, nurturing and nonjudgmental environment for clients to process and explore concerns that brought them to therapy.
